Returns & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or if the shipment does not meet your expectations, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we receive and check the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility, you will not qualify for any refund or return. All sales are final. You have until the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge will apply to any cancellation.

Guaranteed Delivery

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, you qualify for a free reship (tracked orders only).
  • We offer a reship service for customs-confiscated products, except for Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Kuwait due to higher customs confiscations.

  • Customized packages (diplomatic sealed) are used to evade all custom checks. Small packages are used to avoid crushing, and many concentrates can be mailed via flat envelope.
